Delivery – Banjola order and delivery is negotiated directly with Edward Victor Dick, the maker and inventor of the banjola. Currently they take about 9 months from order to delivery.
Privacy Policy – All personal information you provide on our website to place an order is used only for our purposes to fill your order. We do not share information with any third party.
Payment – We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, check or cash for all payments.
Refunds – If at any time you decide to cancel your order or if in any way you are not satisfied with the instrument you will receive the full amount paid minus 50% of your initial deposit as a refund.
